Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how you may request a refund of credits or payments made to Citipen (operated by TAK Trading Co., Ltd.).
1. What is refundable
- Unused credits purchased within the last 7 days may be refunded in full at your request, provided the account has no AUP/ToS violation.
- Failed tool invocations that did not produce a valid output are automatically refunded to your balance — no action needed.
- Duplicate / accidental deposits (e.g. you sent the same Bank VN transfer twice with identical reference code) will be refunded to the originating account.
2. What is not refundable
- Credits that have already been spent on a successful tool run.
- Deposits older than 7 days, even if partially unused, unless required by applicable consumer-protection law.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Charges resulting from API key sharing or unauthorized account access where you failed to safeguard your credentials.
3. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Include: your reference code (CITXXXXXX) or USDT tx hash, amount, date.
- State the reason briefly (unused / duplicate / failed runs not auto-refunded).
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the same payment method when possible.
4. Refund channels
- Bank VN: refunded to the originating ACB / Napas account.
- USDT TRC-20: refunded to the originating Tron address (you bear the ~1 USDT network fee).
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending review. Please contact [email protected] first — we resolve most disputes within 3 business days.
6. EU/UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, the 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right does not apply to digital content (credits) where you have begun using the Service with your explicit consent — which you provide on first credit spend.
