This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements our Terms of Service. By using Citipen, you agree not to generate, store, share, or attempt to generate any of the prohibited content or conduct listed below. Violations result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and possible reporting to law-enforcement.

1. Absolutely prohibited

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of minors — reported to NCMEC and Vietnam authorities.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfake nudity of real or identifiable people.
Content that depicts real, identifiable people in sexual contexts without their consent.
Content inciting or facilitating terrorism, mass violence, genocide, or self-harm.
Instructions for creating weapons capable of mass casualties (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, explosives).
Material designed to defame, harass, dox, or threaten identifiable individuals.
Malware, exploits, phishing kits, or any code intended to compromise systems or accounts.
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual-property rights of third parties.
Material promoting discrimination or hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected attribute.
Content designed to manipulate elections or impersonate public officials, news outlets, or election infrastructure.

2. Restricted (case-by-case review)

Adult content involving consenting adults — currently not supported on Citipen; please do not attempt to bypass safety filters.
Medical, legal, financial advice presented as authoritative — must include disclaimer.
News-style content about real public figures — must be clearly labeled if AI-generated.

3. Service abuse

Sharing your account or API access with third parties.
Reverse-engineering, scraping, or stress-testing the Service without prior written permission.
Circumventing rate limits, credit checks, or payment.
Creating multiple accounts to abuse signup bonuses.
Submitting input known to be specifically designed to extract our system prompts or AI provider credentials.

4. Video / URL tools

When using the Video Downloader, Transcript, Analytics, or Market Research tools with third-party URLs:

You must own, license, or have a lawful basis (private research, journalism, fair-use, accessibility) to process that content.
Do not redistribute downloaded content commercially or publicly without rights.
Do not target private individuals' accounts (only public-facing content).

5. AI output labeling

If you publish AI-generated images, voice, or video produced by Citipen in contexts where authenticity matters (news, advertising about real products, political messaging), you must disclose that the content is AI-generated.

6. Reporting abuse

Anyone — user or third party — may report content or conduct that violates this AUP:

For copyright-specific notices, see DMCA / IP notice procedure in our Terms.
For CSAM, you may also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.

7. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion: remove offending content, suspend or terminate the account, forfeit unused credits, preserve evidence for investigation, and disclose information to law-enforcement when legally required.
