Ordered for my 9 year old son. Bright, clear pictures and words for easy readability. He has loved experiencing Bible stories in such a visually stimulating way. Sturdy cover and binding. Pages are thin, but if they were thicker, the book would be way too heavy and thick.

Wildly entertaining. So much so, I read it myself. Even I couldn’t put it down. I’m sure there’s some critics about accuracy or presentation but it got my 10 year old loving the bible and seeking the one true God. That’s a win.

My son and I love this rendition of the Bible! It keeps him engaged, interested, and the photos are bright, and colorful. It causes him to ask many questions he hasn’t asked before while reading his other “children’s bible” My son is 9 years old. So I think it’s great for kids up to 12-13.

I purchased this for an upper elementary aged boy who is in special ed classes at school. He is below age level in reading but likes cartoons. His mother said he really liked it. He, the little sister, and the mother all read their Bibles together at night. The illustrations are very well done. This was ideal for this child.

This is better than any paraphrase or commentary. I have been a Christian and a Bible reader for 50 years. This thing is brilliant. It is very true to the text and the illustration are inspired. I would buy this again if I ever lost it!

I’m loving this book so far! The quality is amazing and nicely done. The KJV Bible can be confusing at times, since the English language has changed so much over the centuries, so this is very helpful to get a better understanding of the history and meanings behind the true stories and the true characters. Comic book style really makes it fun and enjoyable for any age. I ordered the hardcover and let me say that it is a very heavy book with lots and lots and lots of pages, just keep that in mind, if you can’t hold it maybe place it on a table, your lap or get a book stand or prop it up somewhere, so it’s easier to read and look at for a long period of time. I’m so happy with this purchase and would buy this book again in a heartbeat!

This is a great book with amazing illustrations, It’s a lot of fun to read.
Don’t mistake this book for actually being a Bible, The stories are referenced to the Bible and pretty accurate, so it seems.
Not all of the Bible is in here, but if you’re a person who knows nothing about the Bible and you would like to learn, this book can be very entertaining and informative, especially to those of us who love comic books.
