This great resource comes with colored pictures, a complete shopping list, and 4 weeks of meal plans. I loved the sauce and dessert sections, which used ample amounts of Greek yogurt, an ingredient I love. I have been looking for recipes for pesto and cabbage rolls since I have been able to grow basil and cabbage in my garden. Yum!     Overall, it is a great cookbook with many Mediterranean recipes. What sets this apart from other cookbooks is it’s based on 5 [main] ingredients.
    The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because Tzatziki is in the ‘soup and salad’ section (and not the dips). Also, the very first recipe has some capitalization errors.
