Nothing can ruin a new school year…except maybe a pesky little brother. This Step 4 reader is the perfect back-to-school story for newly independent readers!
Will should be excited to start third grade. But his little brother, Steve, is starting kindergarten. The same laugh-out-loud writing and hilarious illustrations that brought us How Not to Babysit Your Brother now portray the tribulations and embarrassments of starting school with a very troublesome little brother. School will never be the same!
Step 4 Readers use challenging vocabulary and short paragraphs to tell exciting stories. For newly independent readers who read simple sentences with confidence.

My early readers love this book.

I took a chance on this one, as I didn’t know the author and I’m always skeptical about writing styles for early readers. This one was funny and engaging, if a bit silly. The vocabulary is mostly controlled, though it could be a bit better. Mostly readable on an independent basis, which is important.

As my granddaughter moves up the ranks in school, we purchase a book that correlates to her upcoming school year and I must say, this book did not disappoint. The storyline was captivating from beginning to end. Buy it, you and your little one will enjoy.

Adatto per un bambino di 9 anni che abbia familiarità con l’inglese. Contenuto molto pertinente all’eta Storia che piace molto perché li riguarda direttamente
