Very easy to assemble. Works great. Worth the money! Doesn’t leak, just make sure you use the tape provided in the original Aquabliss filter kit, and tighten! Could easily be used on many faucets, versatile! Definitely softened the water! Filter does the job! Easy to replace filters! I recommend the 3 pack of filters!

I understand the product and what it’s supposed to do. I bought this for a rental property thinking it would make the shower water soft. It’s not as soft as you might think it could be. Does it work, maybe. In the water softer, maybe. I have a whole home water softener system and I know what soft water feels like. So this product does not completely compare to something like that. Good product but not necessarily the same. Easy install.

I got it for my hair and skin health, and I’ve noticed a big difference. My hair feels softer, and my skin is less dry. Easy to install and works great. Just don’t forget to change it every 6 months.

We bought this shower filter to replace one that we had purchased from a different brand. The housing as well as the filter was of the greatest quality. We were instantly in love with it. Our skin was soft, not itchy. The shower no longer burned our noses from inhaling chlorine. No more dandruff. The water just FEELS different!
I ordered a replacement filter because, after about 6 months, we noticed that ours was nearing the end of its life. We received it promptly, but it looked like it had been opened already so we returned it and ordered another. The replacement came and was perfectly sealed. I installed it and soon thereafter my wife’s face started breaking out in what looked like unstoppable acne. She has never had acne before so this was very strange. We changed our diet, we changed our soaps, she changed every single makeup.
I had such confidence in this company and their products that I never once suspected the filter to be causing it. Finally, after exhausting everything I contacted the company and asked if they could tell me what is in the filter media. I thought maybe my wife may have been allergic etc.
The company got back to me almost IMMEDIATELY which I really appreciated. The representative was courteous and genuinely concerned with my wife’s health. She asked lots of good questions (she even researched my local water supply!) and we finally got to the bottom of the problem.
As it turns out, when she asked me to provide the batch number from the side of the filter, I informed her that there wasn’t one. BOOM. She informed me that sometimes Amazon gets the orders wrong and ships the wrong thing which is obvious if you are looking for a batch number.
We were immediately shipped a replacement that was genuine and my poor wife’s skin finally returned to normal.
Anyways, if you buy this filter, just MAKE ABSOLUTE SURE that it has a batch number on it and if you’re in doubt, contact the wonderful people at AquaBliss.
I can’t thank them enough and I hope no one else has to go through this nightmare.
