I really love these books. This is our second box set, after I initially bought the frustration spot for my overly intelligent, introverted, emotionally explosive 4 now 5 year old. Teaching him additional coping skills has decreased outbursts drastically. Highly recommend! We sent one of the books to school for his teacher to read and see if it could be useful for the other kindergarteners, but she thought some might be more advanced than where the class as a whole is.

Love this set. We have had issues with our little guy and kinder. I got these in hopes that we can help him start to regulate his emotions. These books are super colorful and easy to keep short attention spands. My first grader also loved reading them. I did have to read these to my 5 year old due to some of the larger words that are in them. Overall loved them. Ifyou are having issues like me these are great….also check out the book called “Talk yourself up, wonder pup” it helped a ton as well! Good luck!

I purchased these for my child who is experiencing really big emotions in their tiny body. These books are wonderful! They talk about emotions in a kid friendly way that makes it easier to discuss. The books have promo codes in the back for printable wall pages that have the highlights about the emotion or healthy ways to discuss the emotion.

Our 5 year old is prone to some emotional outbursts. All the books in this set are proving to be really great tools, and fun for our child to read with us. Specifically, the peaceful hands book has been a real winner!
