I raced ahead buoyed by the humor and good storytelling. Riordan’s books are worth reading wherever you find them and this one is no exception.

  2. Morgan Utley

I was so excited when I learned that Rick Riordan was adding to his series. It was so well written and if you’ve read the series you’ll definitely understand what’s going on , but only if you’ve read all of them. So worth the read. I had a fit when I learned I had to wait until September 2024 for the next one. I tried to take my time reading it… that didn’t work. I was hooked.
All I want in life is to go to Camp Half Blood!

Llegó antes de lo estipulado y en excelentes condiciones, muy buen libro!

Rick Riordan never fails to entertain me. I’m way past his age group, but to vicariously follow the ADHD Demi Gods on yet again another adventure, and this one has Percy at the center again which is great, is so refreshing. It was like cool ocean air blowing your through your mind. I am not here to give spoilers. I wonder what Olympian is responsible or has interest in spoiler alerts. Food for thoughts. BTW I’m ADHD myself, you don’t want to read my review anyways, it would be 16 pages of my fan girl-ing side. I love your work Rick Riordan. Never stop. Please!!😍

  5. Dana malcolm

Having read the original series and “Heroes of Olympus” recently, I was glad to know Rick was writing a new book. As always, the book was funny and made some references to the other series. Highly recommend it.

(SPOILERS AHEAD) I also enjoyed a lot the fact that is story was more self contained and had lower stakes: he was not trying to save the world, but to achieve something that personally was perhaps even more important.

  6. Althea Ramnarain

I love how the Percy Jackson series never fails to keep me intrigued.thanks to this series l have read more than ever in the last few months .l used to read one book 200 pages in like 2 months now it only takes me 2-4 days

  7. Maja

A bit on the shorter side, but still very much worth the read. Been waiting for a new book for a while and I’m excited for the next ones to come!

  8. Dany

The quality was amazing it came with a mention to Leah, Walker and Arayan the plot was amazing and it arrived early

  9. Alejandro

The book came with the iconic chapter titles just like the original books, and it has the great humor as well. The story is good and the book is not as long as some so it’s great for a quick reading

  10. Dany

This is a great comeback for the original book. It also works great as a stand alone book, so even if you hadn’t read the other 16 books you can still understand what the book is about.

  11. Deborah Overstreet

The gods never make anything easy, especially for Percy Jackson. This time, Zeus is adding requirements to Percy’s college registration. As if saving the world (multiple times) isn’t enough, Percy has to earn letters of recommendations from three different gods by accomplishing brand new quests! In an effort to help, Poseidon posts an advert for Percy on Mount Olympus, and the first god that shows up at school asking for help is Ganymede, Zeus’s cup bearer. Percy has to help the god find his stolen cup before Zeus’s next banquet, while not offending any of the suspected goddesses to the point of divine retribution. And this is only the first recommendation.

These were much lower stakes than usual Percy fare, making it a light and cozy read. I was thrown off at first by the lack of a Blofis baby, but I really enjoyed getting to see Percy’s reaction to the pregnancy announcement. I really like seeing Ganymede and understanding the long-term affects of being kidnapped by Zeus–along with all the eerie ramifications. (Zeus is the WORST.) I did feel that the ending was a bit… Long. It felt like there were five different endings, or rather, five different places it could have ended, but it just kept going. Still, it was great coming back to this world and these characters. It was like coming home <3

  12. Neman

This is another great offering in the Percy Jackson series. Has all the trademark elements that readers and fans have come to know and expect but there was also more of the development of Percy developing his more ‘mortal’ side and how his relationship with his two best friends continue to grow and flourish. A delightfully slower pace to this story in which Percy undertakes a quest which ultimately aims to give Percy what he hopes for and I’m eager to see what the next installment brings.

  13. Alice powell

PJO is always a fun read and this one was no exception. Even at 23, I still enjoyed revisiting the series. Grateful that book came brand new and with no damage.
