I spent $312 on a book that was supposed to be brand new but came damaged. The binding is ripped and the edges show wear. Normally I wouldn’t bother but the price is ridiculous for such damage. I would like to receive a partial refund based on this issue as school is starting and I have no time to send the book back. Don’t buy unless buying things “brand new” and getting them damaged doesn’t bother you.

This is one of the most concise and well written of all the Aspen series I’ve had to use. Presents things in a very straightforward, easy to understand format.

I bought this new and it came as used. I was also charged new book prices for it. I would say it is in good condition not new. Especially since the codes inside were already scratched and used. I would prefer some money back since I don’t have time to return it. This has highlights in every chapter and hand written notes. Worst purchase ever.

Bought a brand new book and it arrived already with some very clear and big quality issues. Very disappointing and not up to Amazon standards.

I paid $322 to receive a brand new book (an up-charge of around $200 as opposed to buying used) only to receive a book where the binding was falling apart and had been taped together, access codes for the online ebook had already been used, and various scratches, bends, etc. throughout. Very disappointed with the lack of care.
