Law text will forever be law text. However, the cases are helpful and the inevitable history background will inform you on how we practice will, trusts, and estates today in 2023.

When I opened my book which was marketed as “like new” the book almost fell out of the cover. Then I realized the pages themselves are in the book incorrectly. The pages are upside down and backwards compared to the cover, and they are practically falling out.
